  • Warm-up (had to sprint back in the rain, which took some energy out of me)
  • Solo Hacky-Sack (40 min, best run of 12, heart rate as high as 130)
  • Mini Ab-Ripper
  • Stretch
Finished at 6:45 pm

Started at 9: 15 pm - Chest & Back
  • Bent-over DB Rows - 12 @5lbs x3
  • Bench Press, elbows by side - 12 @5lbs x3
  • Stretch lats and pecs
