  • DB Reverse Wrist Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps each, 10, 12.5, 7.5 lbs
  • Hammer Wrist Curls - 3 sets, 10 reps each, 10, 12.5, 7.5 lbs
  • Wrist rolls - 2 sets, 20 reps each
