- 20 min of straight riding, then did intervals for the remainder 1 min fast, 1-2 min mid
- 16 km (10 miles) in 52 min.
- Bike claimed 438 cals, HR Mon claimed 350 cals
- V-Ups - 50
- Oblique V-Ups - 25 each side
