Cardio:
  • Interval-X 9did jumping jacks during anyof the plyo sets, since doing plyo's tomorrow)

Abs/Lower Back:

  • Ab-Ripper-X
  • Lower back Extensions

Flexibility:

  • Back Care Yoga

Finished around 7:00 pm
