Cardio/Cross-Training:
  • Judo-Fit (44 min, 255 cals burned)
  • Stiff-leg Dead-lifts - 12, 12 @ 12.5lb DBs
  • Good Mornings - 12, 12 @ 18lb bar
  • Glute-Ham Raises - 8, 8, 8
  • Calf-Raises (P90X style, but toes in-toes straight-toes in, 10 lbs around waist)
  • Toe-Roll Iso-Lunges - 16 each way, 10lbs around waist)
  • Extra Stretching
  • burned another 120 cals with the leg exercises

Finished at 10:00 pm
