  • (Total cals burned 455, so burned another 190 cals with the leg exercises)
  • (Calf-Raises (P90X style, but toes in-toes straight-toes in, 10 lbs around waist)
  • (Toe-Roll Iso-Lunges - 16 each way, 10lbs around waist)
  • Extra Stretching
