- (Last time I did speed Pushups: 80 (2 min), 40 (1.5 min), 40, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30, 30 = 340 (total of 20 minutes) )
- DB Curls - 29 lbs each: 16, 10, 9, 8, 8 = 51 (27 lbs last set)
- BB Curls - 95 lbs: 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 (+3 negatives w/ spot), = 15
- Good Mornings: 25, 25
- Jacks: 60
- Calf Raises (all single): 25, 15, 10, 10
- Jacks: 35
- Stationary Bike: 15 minutes, 3 miles.
