- Balance Lunges - 12, 12 @10lb DBs, 12 @15lbs, 10 @20lbs
- Calf-raise Squats - 12 @ 35 lb DBs, 10 @40lbs, 8, 8 @45lbs
- Step Back Lunges - 8, 8, 8, 8 @25 lb DBs
- P90X Calf Raises
- Toe Roll Iso-Lunges - 10 each side
- (2 sets Donkey-toe raises w/ Kelly + 10 lbs - 18, 15 reps
- Cool down, stretch
