Started at 11:15 am.
  • Pushups: 80, 40, 30, 30, 30, 25, 25, 25 = 285 total.
  • BB Curls - 70 lbs: 10, 9, 8, 6, 6.
  • DB Curls - 27 lbs each: 8, 7, 6, 6.
  • Good Mornings: 20.
  • Jacks: 50.
  • Calf Raises: 30-10-25=65.

Finished at 12:10 pm.
